We stayed at same hotel that you are going to be staying at next year, SW, for the 18th???
We had normal breakfast in the restaurant, made our own bread rolls with cheese tomatoes etc ('Mum' Didi looked after me) although I think we could have ordered anything from 'chef Ketut' and we ordered a-la-carte for dinner in the restaurant.
Previous years in other hotels we had to have early dinner buffet style. Really dim lighting after sunset too. Depends on the number of guests staying in the hotel I guess.
