Is by Geger Beach. I haven't stayed there, I rode a bike up there and it wasn't too far, but it's not within walking distance of the shops and restaurants.
However, all the restaurants will pick you up and return you for free - just phone them. A taxi to Benoa or to Pantai Menjiat will cost only about $1-$2 or there is a shuttle that makes regular trips around Nusa Dua.
