You can bring into Australia provided you have a permit to import it and it has to undergo a heat treatment at the facility in Jimbaran Bay. You can purchase rattan or seagrass or water hycianth lounges at many places along Nusa Due Bypass Road and Sanur By Pass.
Dont try to bring in without the appropiate documentation or it will be confiscated or you have to pay for heat treatment which is costly in Australia.
