Couldn't agree more. Our 16 year old was walking in Kuta on his own in the middle of the day when a guy approached him and asked if he wanted to buy drugs. He then took my son's hat off and placed what appeared to be a small bag of dope on his head and then put his cap back on over it.
My son threw it and ran, he was so scared. I hate to think what could have happened. That was the last time we let him go shopping alone.
How dare they!
