Oh, and re room rate etc, Im not entirely sure sorry as my cousin booked the whole thing. They stay there every year though and would definately recommend it, its not luxury and its not on the beach, but everyone there has been there many times and if it is there first time it will not be their last. Its tried and tested and I think many people on the forum would agree!
