booked with them for accommodation in Sept. After taking my credit card details they advised me that the accommodation advertised that I had paid for wasnt available. They put a hold on the funds for the amount of accommodation and I had to wait 7 working days for the funds to be made available again on my credit card. Seeing as they advised me that the room wasnt available within 1 hour of taking the booking I found it not all that acceptable that they took the money and I had to wait a week before it was refunded. Found it much better to deal with Mida for accommodation bookings (and cost was only approx $5 Aus dearer than asiarooms)
