Birthdate of Muhammed is celebrated on March 31, this is a hari raya nasional (National Holiday), but I have not been in Bali for Muhammed's birthday so I dont know how widely celebrated it will be, given that it is an Islamic observance date.
Nyepi would certainly effect you.
