between the KP and the Jayakarta so both hotels will be effected to some degree. I have been told that they are starting in Nov. but who really knows . I think the managment are aware of noise concerns , but we are still prepared to go and if it is noisey during the day we will go out ,but if noisy during the night then thats another thing .
