I booked a week at Discovery kartika plaza for last august through them as they offered a great rate on their site, they confirmed the booking for me and took the money and a week later they send my an apology telling me that the hotel cancelled all bookings there for an important government function and therefore they will move us to Kuta Paradiso hotel, i got a bit suspiscious so i checked the hotel website and it showed availabilities and special packages so i booked directly through the hotel with an extra 25 USD charge per night. I asked the website to refund my money and they did but 37 days later and after sending them so many emails to remind them.
i read on another forum ppl speaking negatively about this website and complaining about their slow refund process and many ppl complain that the website has sent them emails similar to mine about unavailbily after they have taken their money and then moving them to other hotels not the ones they have chosen.
