the horrificly sad looking ones are usually in denpasar & kuta. somebody should have an animal rescue thingy in bali & give em all a big bag of alpo. i saw on bali TV once about this ai=ussie woman in her 50's rescuing dogs. i think thats way better than drowning in bintang beer & puking on the streets of kuta at 3am in the morning. i swear i saw this dude do this once.
