Hi Mandy,
My partner and I are building a villa in Bali late next year and also a business, putting many Balinese in permanent employment and good working conditions. Obviously going through the right channels is very important and is something that you must look into before making any decisions. We don't belive we are ruining Bali and have so much love for the Island. Unfortunately development is inevitable in most parts of the world.
