Bumbu Bali in Tanjung Benoa. I think the owner is Swiss (worked at some of the big hotels), his wife is Balinese. Full day event, bus takes you shopping to the markets so you can pick veg, meat, fish etc and then you come back, cook up a storm and then eat. Fantastic stuff.
