When the cheap fare rush was on I obtained two seats and was quoted a specific total price. Recieved an emailed receipt for this amount. Checked credit card and discovered had been charged more. Rang Jetstar, complained and immediately recieved another receipt for the higher cost ( that's one way of solving the problem ). Wrote to Jetstar management complaining about the problem but unike yourself did recieve a reply after 4 weeks. It basically said " thank you for your query, we are really busy with correspondence at the moment and will look at it when we have time to write a reply." Good luck but don't hold your breath waitng for a reply. Oh yeah the overcharge was not a huge amount but it was an overcharge all the same.
