Not sure what type of cuisine you're looking at, but for really nice Balinese/Indonesion, I recommend Sate Bali in Seminyak/Kerobokan (owner/chef is former 5 star hotel chef), but the prices are very reasonable. Also you can't go past Kafe Warisan for consistently great French food. Kuni's on 'eat street' is also really nice Japanese.
