SuriWathi hotel

Has anyone stayed here lately. Is it suitable for a 40 yr old mum staying with 2 sons, 20 and 17. We want a hotel that has a range of ages staying there. How basic and clean is this hotel. I have heard they don't provide soap or towels etc. Any up to date info would be appreciated.
