I found it to be a great hotel. Everynight we would come home to our bed turned down with a little flower and a card telling us tomorrow's weather. Staff all over were great. Gardens are immaculate. I found the pool clean. There were lounge hogs but they seemed to take the lounges (day beds) closest to the beach rather than around the pool.
You will love it. Its not the most modern 5star hotel but service was fantastic. Be sure to try the many restaurants nearby. Warung 96 was particularly good.
