Have you noticed that on their website under Flying With Us in the 'at the airport' - baggage section it lists the excess baggage charges for Jetstar JQ international long haul services.

It lists Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Bangkok, Osaka, Phuket and Honolulu but Bali doesn't get a mention.

I asked that as well as advising me could they place this information on their website as Denpasar Airport is where a lot of passengers tend to be 'over the limit'.

We could then print this information and have it handy at check in - just in case there were any issues.

Not that I have ever been over or had a problem but many do.

I'll let you know if I get a reply.
