A good idea is to put what you want in the title. People generally open the ones that interest them (well I do) as most people don't have time toi read every post.
In answer to you question- lollipops are popular as they are easy and cheap to give out. Adults like them too. You will come across many children so you can give them out as you see them or give them as your children would probably like that. Or give to staff at the hotel. If you travel to more remote areas these people get less than in touristy areas.
