I know a travel agent and he told me that they try to get people to go somewhere else if they enquire about Bali, when I asked him why his answers were very vague, for instance 1. There are other places better they can go, 2.People like us(his words) are the only ones who keep going, when I said what do you mean, he changed the subject.I think he realised he had said to much.
We think that the people who own the agency he works for have told them to do this, maybe then they get people to go somewhere more expensive. Any way we were a bit cross about it, and told him so.
