Sendok (as you are walking up towards Mathari's take the right hand street near the monument and it's about 100 yards down the road from there - big serves and extensive menu) or maybe Pantai on the beach (walk along beach past the Ramada Bintang and go a bit further down, past Ma Jolly's I think, there are steps leading up to it) - good place for a dinner with a view.
