Our family of 4 had your option B before our travels last December. Make sure you have them at least 6 weeks prior to your leaving if you decide to have them. We then have all had boosters this year which covers the next 10 years or so.We didn't have tetanus jabs as we were all up to date. (this was all recommended by our family doctor) The only downside of this is that they about are $80 each all up, but to me just part of the health "insurance" for our family. I believe it's a personal decision, but I hope this helps some.
