one of the owners. People own individual units which you can rent. In the past I found it cheaper to book directly with one of the owners as opposed to direct with the hotel. Sorry my computer crashed and I lost the Email of the person I used to book through.
If you do a google search you will come up with a few different websites. Most charge a similar rate. 2 years ago (not much help I know) I paid $20 a night for the room then you paid the hotel 50.000 a night for clean towels, servicing room etc.
Direct with the hotewl includes breakfast I think whereas with the owner doesn't. Hope that makes sense.
