calling Oz query

last time purchased a sim card and to call home used this

0011 61 7 412...............

Looking this time to purchase sim card and use xplor that has been mentioned on site.

Can you advise if there is a special sim to purchase??

And also is it correct to dial 01000 61 7 412............ instead of 0011 to use the xplor method

Also what would you dial to ring a mobile in Australial
