I would seriously advise you have Hep A & B as you have no idea what you are likely to step on. Thongs are not safety boots and can be penetrated very easily. I treat the injections as form of insurance. Chances are you will never need it. The course for A & B is 3 injections spread over several months.

Most people have already had the Polio vaccination which is oral. If you've only had the old needle vaccination, then you need to update it anyway, whether travelling to Bali or not.

Similarly, tetanus is generally good for at least 10 years minimum.
