that the airport & staff at Brisbane International Airport are hopeless.. always wait forever for the luggage to arrive, and the line up at immigration is always huge.. (even if there is only one plane landed) and no one smiles at you...
Im always glad I only have to put up with it once a year... Im dreading the airport on 23rd december when I arrive back in Brissy for a xmas break for 10days... 10 days too long !!!
