We went to Bali again in may and i took my 14 year old daughter who has had a liver transplant. She just had to make sure her hep's were all done as we weren't going any where remote, as in mosquito infested places. although i did get worried when a monkey tried to bite at the monkey forest, but all was well.. I suppose it's just what you feel comfortable having. I personally have not had any in the twenty years i have been going. Hate needles lol.
