Actually I was on the lookout for a travel/tour guide and I did receive some strong recommendations from our readers here. I also read some places of interest here. Its very informative. My main worries are about the authorities; are they friendly, approachable and pleasant to converse with. I had an unpleasant run-in with immigration and police while I was in Medan for a tour about 2 years ago. At present, I'm making it a point to visit the ASEAN countries. I've visited Bangkok/Pataya, and Siem Reap Angkor Wat.
