Tried this spa out last week. Very nice, very reasonable prices and they do packages. Its on Padma Utara (its not apart of the Padma Hotel or anything) on the dogleg part of the road very very close to the Puri Raja - walk out of Puri Raja turn left and its only 100m down the road. The package prices are very good. But for something a bit more expensive the Niksoma spa at the Niksoma hotel (right next to the Puri Raja hotel) is very very nice (but more like prices at home.
