The name is Lokasi Bali Tailor, Jl Kartika Plaza No.21., Kuta.
It is between Green Garden and Kartika Plaza hotels. The man I dealt with is Rony (pronounced Ronny), and was very helpful and professional. My coat was full length, purple (!) and beautifully made, fitting like a glove. It was around AUD200 (more than black or brown, because of the colour. He delivered it to our Hotel in Sanur for 10,000rp to cover fuel. Can't wait to wear it!! Hope this helps.
