What a perfect time of year to Visit Bali.
This will be our 2nd Trip - I wrote the infamous "Jatz-Cracker" JBR a few years ago.
No Plans yet. But want to ask a question.
Last time when we were stayed Ubud (By far our most favourite place in bali) we stayed at the Kamandalao (spelling?) out fo town about 5 kms. We really enjoyed this place to stay - not too many kids (sorry to kid bash - we are a couple with no kids) quite awsoem pool bar and jaccuzzi in room at a good price. The only problem was the long hike or Transport in and about Ubud.
My question is - what other places Resorts/hotels are of the same quality like, Kamandalao that are closer to the centre of Ubud?
And second question - Renting a car this time. Good Car Rental agents, with good 4x4's ? any names - I have got some off internet but was looking for recomendations. That is car rent with no Driver, I will do the driving.
I'm sure Balimagic & Balieagle will have some places in mind for me.
