for us too poco locos was that restaurant we would always go to, but after the last visit (nov 2005 with my girlfriends) I found the male staff a little creepy as we (were only out for dinner and drinks - not interested in picking up)hit on big time. Especially by the dodgy DJ - who offered us more than just a taco.
