After hearing people had been a little concerned with young boys being targeted and certainly some suspicion about him, I made a strong "no - not interested - go away" message to him. (which I might point out still took him a while to acknowlege me and stop talking to the boy in question)
I figure, he is either genuine.... and maybe needs approach parents and adults directly if trying to spruke for tennis lessons as his approach to the kids is the distubing thing.
Or he is in fact dodgy... and glad I sent him packing.
