If you don't want to go to the markets, you can now buy the flags at Ketut's just off Garlic lane for the same 25,000rph and we also noticed a few stalls in Garlic Lane had them and were selling for 30,000 each. Not sure if the quality is the same as markets as we have bought our flags from Denpasar Markets and Sukawati Markets. But if only for one day probably wouldn't worry too much.
