local market so hard to find for white skin, they all have whitener in. One product I found in Bali which was lovely was the nivea with spf 15. I bought a few tubes from one of the big supermarkets. I got it simply because my own spf face cream was left at home but am pleasantly surprised.
Your wife needs to check that the olay doesn't have any whitener in. It isn't called special effects either, has another name but is the same.
