Even ith Perama, it will take all day to get to the Gilis... If you are on a holiday (as opposed to backpacking on a tight budget) is is so much more convenient, and really still quite cheap, to fly. The flight is only 15 minutes to Lombok, and you can get all the way from Kuta to Gili T in a few hours.
