the editor of the Telegraph, this uncouth so-called journalist would be out of a job. We all know the kind of things which can happen, on occasion, with some people. But that's not just in Bali and it's certainly not just involving Australians.
Like several regular Forumites, I live in a pleasant suburb of the small city of Rockingham, about 30 minutes drive south of Fremantle, WA. We have hoon behaviour in our nightclub beachfront area [fortunately not near where I live], but this is not typical of this area and the drunken, irresponsible idiots [most of whom will grow out of this stage anyway] are not typical of our locals and visitors. Same with Bali and its tourists.
Unfortunately, some unknowing people may read rubbish like this article and maybe miss out on what could be some of the most rewarding times of their lives, by allowing themselves to be put off from trying a Bali holiday.
