Hi weve stayed at the hard rock 5 times with our children, friends and in laws. Never booked directly always booked with travel agent but next year am looking at booking direct. There is an email address on their site and we are awaiting a reply from them with a quote.
We love the place with kids, as others have said great location, best pool in bali, more expensive to eat at but so many close cheap options, and the rooms have been a little average but last time we stayed they had been upgraded and were much better.
Our kids love the kids club as its not overly busy and they get alot of one on one attention. They do crafts, art, drawing, watch movies, play games etc. The staff even remember the kids each year we go back which makes them feel good.
The breaky is great and generally you dont need lunch after it as you leave so full.
