We booked The Sunset Suite as the wedding venue and 7-night honeymoon booking through www.balisunsetsuite.com. Contact Chris - he gave us a good package price. The wedding was arranged through The Bali Mystique Hotel but Chris was the conduit between Australia and Bali and was very helpful. He gave us some indicative prices up-front for the ceremony, flowers, cakes etc to work out a budget and it came in pretty close.
The Bali Mystique arranged legal documents and the Celebrant. From memory, Australian and Indonesian documentation came in about A$200.00 and the priest was another A$200.00-odd on top of that. They added their 10% on top.
For flowers, wedding cake etc it's pretty much up to you what you want to spend but they'll drive you around so you can get what you want.
Basically they have pretty much everything available on-tap so the final cost of wedding worked out a pretty realistic price.
A lot of the organising was done from Australia through Chris but they like you to be in Bali about 5 days before the wedding to help with final arrangements.
