If you are in the older part you can't really see the pool from any of the rooms as there is a hedge from memory so better to be around the pool to keep a good eye if they are little - there is a swim up pool bar so not such a bad place to be and you can order meals there as well. You are never far from the beach in the older part and the restaurant is right by/on the beach. You will have a great time. We are back there in December.
