Hi, i replied to your question a couple of days ago... I stayed at the Grand Hyatt in June.
What room do you intend to stay in at the Hyatt..they have different sized ones. Btw some parts of the hotel are being renovated.. if you are in the south village, its a bit of a distance to the swimming pools and reception area, cuz the hotel grounds are huge!!
For breakfast the nicest resto is the one right on the beach in the hotel near the main pool.
Also do an archive search in this forum for the names of the hotels you have listed....
