the one closest to where I'm staying :) as long as it has locals eating there. In Kuta/Legian they are often hidden down little lanes, or behind the sun shades, so you have to look for them. Once you spot them you start seeing them everywhere.
Also another type of cart are Bakso carts, they often come out when it's raining - selling Bakso soup yum yum.
I don't know Kuta/Legian as well as you either, but if you want directions if you're ever in Lombok give me a hoy!
