having been to bali(sanur)many times,i have found it much simpler to find a hotel with good security etc etc and just take aussie cash,
having said that,i have found the kodak shop in sanur very good,i agree if you have to change money,only accept 50 000 notes,keep clear of anything bigger,its very hard to find anybody with change,that goes for taxi's as well.
