i was only a teenager when I went to New Zealand but remember it well. Drove half way around the around the North island, crossed by ferry and did all of the south island.Mud pools and Glaziers and spectacular scenery. Made friends with an elderly mouri lady that made me a mouri outfit and in return we sent her the stuffed australian toys as she wanted. Kept in touch and updated for years.
Would love to take our daughter but a bit dearer to get to from Perth.
