give some more info on the dentist? Did you pre-book appointments before arriving in Bali? Did you have major work done?Costs etc? I am a "dental phobic" and have real trouble getting myself to the dentist but I know I need quite a bit of work done.Any feedback and contact details would be most appreciated.Thanks in advance.
