I have to agree with caq... we had the worst experience at the Pelangi 18 months ago. Would never go back. Filthy mouldy bathroom, hole in the wall, and grey sheets with blood stains on them. When we got home from our trip, I was successful in getting our money back for the time we spent there as I had taken detailed photos of all of the above.
I'm willing to accept that this may be an isolated incident, but I myself would never stay there again, or recommend it to anyone.
The other things which put me off the Pelangi is that I found the staff to be extremely indifferent, and the pool never had enough loungers. Because it is literally right on the beach, the hawkers never leave you alone...
