there are quite a few suppliers in bali.the one in kuta is called indoscoots.they purchase all sorts and ages of vespas from the surrounding countryside and completely dismantle and restore,you can view each phase of the operation and look through their workshops and showrooms at the finished product.they replace where required all dodgy parts with brand new parts direct from piaggio in italy.nothing is left to chance and when your order is ready for despatch,it is individually crated and delivered to the shipping forwarders for you.this can all be paid for upfront and then you just get it cleared through quarantine and customs on arrival at the destination.hope this assists you.
