there are little Lojo's which are small supermarkets that sell all sorts except meat, ie; drinks, ice creams, water, tea, coffee, biscuits, lollies, chocolate, potatoe chips, some clothing, herbs, spices, stationry, cleaning products,personal care products like shampoo, soap, creams ect, then there are the bigger ones that sell everything. At the Bali Deli they sell all sorts of stuff from Australia. Them there is Macro that is huge warehouse type place that you can buy everything including the kitchen sink!
