The barong is great if you like being surrounded by yobbos and don't like sleeping! The rooms are ok and the pools are both great, good breakfast and good location. Stayed there last week and anyone else who has stayed there in the last few weeks will probably agree...there was a stripper from kings cross staying there, everyday she got drunk and would strip off completely naked with her legs spread for all to see. My friend and I were there with our 2 children and there were a few other families there as well. Then she and husband (Or pimp as we think) would get blind drunk and start arguing and swearing, slamming doors and throwing things sometimes continuing on until 5am. Plenty of people complained but the staff were reluctant to do anything about it because as I was told "They spend lot's of money here" True...they did sit at the bar all day and night drinking Bintangs and spirits but that does not give them the right to infringe on everyone elses holiday. Needless to say we stayed only a few nights and then moved on.
