I am assuming you are quite young so my first thoughts are Bounty or Barong in the Poppies Lane area but I don't know you and maybe you wouldn't like a party central full of young people mainly Aussie hotel.
Tell us what you like to do. If you want peaceful rice paddy tranquility then my answer would be different. If you like heaps of spa time, maybe different again.
Fine ding or cheap but yummy dining?
Really cheap backpacker price accomodation?
2*? 3*? 4*? 5*?
