No I have not used the IMT service on netbank, as yet.
Here is what I know in regards to IMT's from my commonwealth netbank service:
An IMT (International Money Transfer) costs $22.00. if done on netbank.
The normal processing time is 2 to 5 business days. However, this can take longer depending on the country the funds are sent to and it's banking practices.
As you would know foreign exchange rates change frequently. The foreign exchange rate quoted on the netbank screen when you submit your IMT and that is printed on your reciept is the rate that will apply to your netbank IMT, regardless of when the bank actually process the payment.
If you log onto netbank and got to transfer money then click on international money transfer it will take you to the IMT site where you click next step then you have the option to check the foreign exchange rate for the day which is offered by the bank, before you make the transfer.
I just checked this and they have a list of countries available to do the IMT's, and unfortunately Indonesia wasn't on the list, so if transferring money to Bali you would have to go to the bank. But also said they are regularly expanding the list of countries on netbank to do IMT's. May also depend on which bank you use, as this was with the Commonwealth netbank.
There were quite a few countries on the list readily available to make a direct deposit.
